CEDAR MOUNTAIN ACQUIRES MINERAL PROPERTIES AND PRODUCTION FACILITIES IN ZACATECAS MEXICO

October 21, 2008 – CALGARY, Alberta – Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. (CED:TSXV) (“Cedar”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of additional mineral properties and an interest in an 800 tonne per day production facility in the State of Zacatecas in central Mexico totaling approximately 1,700 hectares.  The acquisition was completed with an arms length party for consideration of $296,000. A finder’s fee is payable in association with this transaction.
